On February 25th, I’ll be working with Blakey Hastings from Northstar Holistic Health to bring you a 2-hour class called Winter Wisdom.

Together, we will guide you into the wisdom offered by Winter and the Water Element. Our session begins with gentle movements to bring mobility to the Water energy, moves to Yin poses, and ends wth sound healing and acupuncture.

We’ll also cover the use of other therapies such as cupping, Gua sha and moxibustion and will end with a live demonstration.

I’ve shared information with the Rydal Park and Rydal Waters communities, and have lectured for the Physician’s Assistant program at Salus University. I’m excited about this offering! Sandy Muir and I will be working together to provide a grounding and centering experience. We’ll talk about the Earth Element and ways to use yoga and essential oils to support your Earth. After a Yin/Restorative yoga practice, I’ll administer a few acupuncture points to help harmonize your energy.

Sandy is a yoga instructor, Reiki Master and Aromatherapist.

Join me at Amma Center for a deeper dive into fascia, the meridians, and a Yin Yoga practice for the Metal Element and the fall season. There will be an hour of lecture followed by a Yin Yoga practice, and plenty of time for Q&A. There will be no acupuncture in this session. Anyone can join us. I’ll be collaborating with Bridge Yanni of Amma Center to bring Sound Healing and Acupuncture together! Bridget will create the healing space with singing bowls and a sound bath, and I’ll offer acupuncture for energy balancing and relaxation. We hope you’ll join us for this small group event. Acu-Yin is a combination of Yin yoga and a mini acupuncture session in a small group setting. I’ll lead meditation and a Yin Yoga practice followed by acupuncture in the final resting pose. The classes are held at Amma Yanni Yoga Center & School. Registration opens two weeks prior to the sessions on the Amma Center website. Space is limited and these classes sell out quickly. $40 per person.
